As part of the HOPE4US Program, we will provide custom-built, affordable homes for program participants. Rent is designed to be low or no-cost after employment, helping residents focus on rehabilitation, job training, and reintegration.

To help make the program self-sustaining and provide participants with meaningful skills, HOPE4US will offer job opportunities including:
Farming & agriculture
Producing goods and crafts
Sales and customer support
Delivery and logistics
Other program-related employment
These jobs are designed to support rent, provide income, and build experience, helping residents transition successfully into independent living.
Our Current Stage & Funding Goals
We are currently in the planning and fundraising stage. Before construction and program launch, we need to:
Acquire land
Clear and develop the property
Build housing and program facilities
Establish program structure
Estimated funding needed: $800,000 – $1.5 million (depending on land, development, and construction costs).
Our focus is to keep housing affordable for participants while creating a self-sustaining, supportive community.
